Alexandria, VA (November 6, 2006) – The National Business Travel Association (NBTA), the leading provider of education, research, advocacy and networking for corporate travel professionals, is pleased to announce the support of the first 24 companies to sponsor the NBTA 2007 International Convention & Exposition, hosted July 22-25 in Boston.  The generosity of these travel suppliers in support of the largest business travel industry event will assist the association in providing attendees of the annual convention with the most comprehensive program of education and networking available in the industry.

Suzanne Fletcher, President and CEO of NBTA, remarked, “NBTA is grateful for the support its dedicated supplier members offer the association.  Their involvement in the NBTA Convention is a major contributor to its overwhelming success of the event each year.  On behalf of NBTA and its members, I’d like to thank the sponsors of the NBTA 2007 Convention for their commitment to the advancement of the business travel community.”

The NBTA Convention has five distinct sponsorship levels, offering business travel suppliers multiple means to lend their support of the event.  These opportunities include, but are not limited to, sponsorship of general sessions, opening and closing receptions, education sessions, tradeshow lounges, wireless hotspots and the convention program.  Sponsors of the convention were also recently recognized in a special Time Magazine advertisement, distributed to more than one million Coast readers in select regions, for their backing of the convention.
