Alexandria, VA (October 30, 2006) – The National Business Travel Association (NBTA), the leading provider of education, advocacy, research and information to corporate travel professionals, is pleased to announce the promotion of Zane Kerby, MBA, to Vice President of Business Development. In this new role, Kerby will coordinate the efforts of the association’s education, communications, marketing, membership and business development departments, while continuing to oversee business development operations. Kerby has played a vital role in NBTA’s international expansion and the growth of the NBTA International Convention & Exposition.

Kerby joined NBTA in 1999 as the Director of Exhibits and Advertising. Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Director of Business Development and directed the association’s advertising and sponsorship departments. Kerby is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in English. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Maryland.
