4:00pm – 5:00pm  - Open to all convention attendees 

NBTA will host its 7th Annual Technology Pavilion at the 37th Annual Convention and Trade Show in San Diego, CA.  The Technology Pavilion offers a special interchange between travel managers and technology suppliers. This is a strictly educational event and does not allow for sales contracts or pricing discussions.  Last year, 300 travel managers arrived a day early to Convention in order to attend the Technology Pavilion.  

The Technology Pavilion will operate as a series of repeated demonstrations, each lasting 25 minutes.  Attending Travel Managers select the suppliers they want to visit from a Technology Guide, profiling all participating vendors. In addition, at the conclusion of the Pavilion, NBTA will provide a list of pre-registered travel managers to participating companies.  

From 1:00 - 4:00 PM, the floor is open to travel managers and their IT colleagues.  From 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM the floor will be opened to industry consultants and supplier attendees as well.
