Business Skills – subjects may or may not be specific to business travel. Topics cover areas such as negotiation skills, RFP issuance and implementation, ethics, contract/policy writing and specialized areas such as Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Industry Dialogue – subjects are specific to business travel. Topics may cover airline, hotel, ground transportation, etc.
Personal Skills – subjects relating to personal motivation, behavior styles, and self improvement.
Technology – subjects on technology issues that may or may not be specific to business travel. Topics such as Wi-Fi wireless mobility, online booking systems, T&E expense management tools, electronic fulfillment, etc.
Miscellaneous – subjects not clearly fitting in the above categories.
Consultants – a listing in industry consultants who have expressed an interest in speaking to BTA chapters. Subject expertise is noted but many of these consultants offer information on a broad range of topics.
