NBTA and the Chapter Presidents' Council (CPC) present awards annually to recognize outstanding activities carried out by local leaders, which make a significant contribution to the chapter community and the business travel industry.
CPC President's Award
The CPC honors outstanding individuals who take action to provide awareness and improve the quality of the local chapters through their exemplary volunteer activities. During the 2004 Annual Convention & Trade Show, the first President's Award was given to Jane Roth, member of the Northern Virginia BTA and a former CPC Vice President, for her leadership in developing the Chapter Standardization Document. This huge accomplishment ensures continued growth, increased professionalism, and unquestioned integrity of all BTA organizations.
