BUSINESS TRAVEL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AWARD COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for updating and evaluating nominations for this award. The award is given at NBTA Convention to Direct and Allied Chapter Members who have made significant contributions to NBTA, their local Chapter and to the travel industry. Nominations of deserving individuals are made by local Chapter boards along with the CPC Board . The CPC Vice President is the CPC Officer advisor of this committee.

CHAPTER DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
This committee focuses on providing advice to ailing Chapters and helps to provide information and assistance to developing Branches. The CPC President, along with NBTA staff directs the activities of this committee.

CONVENTION COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for securing volunteers to staff the CPC Booth during the annual NBTA convention. The committee works with NBTA staff regarding the hours the booth is open. This committee is also responsible for working along side NBTA in planning the Chapter Chat held annually at the NBTA convention. The committee designs the e-vite that is sent out by all chapter presidents and collects RSVPs, and serves as hosts/greeters at the event. The Business Professional Service Awards are presented at this breakfast, so the Committee works closely with the Business Professional Service Award Committee. The CPC Secretary/Treasurer is the CPC Officer advisor of this committee.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM COMMITTEE
This committee oversees the CPC Scholarship Program. Each year scholarships are awarded by the CPC to local chapter members in the following areas: Education (for Direct and Allied members), first year NBTA membership (for Direct members), NBTA Convention registration (for Direct members). The Vice President is the CPC Officer advisor of this committee.

SPEAKER RESOURCE PROGRAM COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for maintaining the Speaker Resource guide by collecting and processing information about proven speakers that have been recommended by Chapters and placing this information online. The Secretary/Treasurer is the CPC Officer advisor of this committee.

TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
The committee serves as a liaison between the local chapters and NBTA for development and/or maintenance of local chapter presence on the NBTA/CPC website. The President of the CPC directs the activities of this committee.
